Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer fast, free shipping for orders over $50. We ship 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, from multiple warehouses across the country. In-stock items ordered from IQAir.com/us before 11:00am usually ship same day, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We deliver to most major cities in 1-2 days, and the rest of the continental U.S. in 3-5 days. To prevent package theft, we may require a signature on delivery for some orders.

If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to work with you.

    Return Policy

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your clean air. If anything isn’t right with your order, please contact us.

    Products ordered from IQAir.com/us may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To start the return process, login and find the order you want to return or contact our customer care department, and we will send you a return shipping label. Please note:

    • IQAir will provide a prepaid shipping label for products that are damaged or defective. For all other returns, you will be billed the cost of the return label.
    • The shipping label that we provide is how we track your return. If you would like to use your own shipping method, we will provide you a return authorization number that must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Without a label provided by us, or a return authorization number, we won’t be able to identify your return, and we may refuse the shipment.
    • Products returned without the original packaging and accessories, or that have signs of wear, may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please be sure to include all power cables, remotes, filters, removable pieces, and testing certificates. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact us to request a new box.
    • Certain commercial and limited-edition products are not eligible for return. These include: CleanZone Series, Perfect Pro Series, GCX Series, Cleanroom Series, Dental Series, ParticleScans, and Klaus Series Limited Edition.
    • If you are local to southern California, you may be able to return the product directly to our Clean Air Experience Center. Please contact us first to arrange an in-person return.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    Once we receive your returned product and confirm it’s in good shape, you have a few options:

    • If the product was damaged or defective, we can exchange it for a new one.
    • We can apply the purchase price toward a different IQAir product.
    • We can refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing refunds.

    Additional Details:

    • This Return Policy only applies to products purchased on our website IQAir.com/us, or in-person at our Clean Air Experience Center in La Mirada, California. For products purchased elsewhere, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.
    • After the initial 30-day return period, you are still covered by IQAir’s warranty.
